Our maps are currently available for use out of the box for a reasonable price. If you went to the assessors, you’d need to pay for the data (most counties charge a fee for this data), then wait for it, then clean it up. Massaging the files to make it useable in no menial task. Each county is different, and the way they handle condos and multi-unit buildings are all different. It takes a good amount of effort to figure these things out. If you’re trying to get a project completed quickly, these delays just won’t work.
Finding the data for each county, purchasing it, then converting each county takes a good amount of time. We are selling the data at a reasonable price, and your time is better spent doing other things.
The maps are ready to use. We do not have to go source the data before delivering it to you. We already have the data in-house. We can provide the data immediately. Our data is updated at least once per year.
