  • These are the parcel boundaries in GIS formats. Available as MapInfo and ESRI Shape files. These are highly accurate boundary files. These can also be overlaid on other types of maps such as flood zone maps, zoning maps, aerial photos, etc.

• Parcel centroids with addresses -
  • These centroids can be used for very accurate geocoding. We used in conjunction with the MapMarker Plus geocoding engine, the results can be amazing! (contact us for more information)
  • Addresses with building characteristics & ownership information.
  • This allows the user to append building characteristics to addresses. You can also identify properties which meet certain criteria, such as houses of a certain square footage, lots of a certain size, etc.
